ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Pascal Poissonnier is a filmmaker and an occasional performer. He graduated cum laude at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent (KASK) in 1996. After graduating he did a postgraduate in scriptwriting.
One year later he came into contact with the world of theatre. What initially was supposed to be a project on the side ended up to be a long collaboration with theatres and theatermakers all over Europe. Up till now this connection still exists.
In the last 20 years Pascal directed and produced several documentaries, short films, video-clips, commissioned films and visuals for theatre. Since 2010 Pascal is also a professor at KASK-film departement.
The work of Pascal can be described as truly and pure, with the focus on humanity and the duality of human existence.
